General Terms and Conditions
Conditions of carriage of Fly Business GmbH for the limousine service Fly-Limo.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all transport services provided under the Fly-Limo brand by Fly Business GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Booking & confirmation
A booking is concluded with the written confirmation by Fly-Limo. The services, times and prices stated in the confirmation are decisive.
3. Prices & payment
The confirmed fixed prices apply, including statutory VAT. Additional services (waiting times beyond the agreement, additional stops) are charged according to the confirmation.
4. Cancellation & rebooking
Cancellations and rebookings are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50 % of the confirmed fare is charged.
5. Delays & waiting times
For airport pickups the flight is monitored and the pickup time adjusted automatically. 60 minutes of waiting time are included with every pickup; thereafter CHF 1.50 per minute is charged.
6. Liability
Fly-Limo is liable within the scope of statutory provisions. Liability for items carried applies only in cases of gross negligence or intent.
7. Final provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fly Business GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
